

Iryna Karpenko
Owner & Director
Iryna is the founder, artistic director, and heart behind our studio. With over 15 years of experience in theater education and directing, she has dedicated her life to helping young people grow through the power of performance.
She opened her first studio in Ukraine 15 years ago and brought her passion to New York, where she founded our U.S. branch five years ago. Over the course of her career, Iryna has directed more than 100 productions, worked as a director for a major production company, and acted in numerous films and television projects in Ukraine.
Today, she leads our advanced acting program for teens (ages 11–15), guiding them through character development, emotional expression, and stage presence with both professionalism and deep care.
Her vision continues to shape a space where young actors find their voice, their courage, and their love for the arts.
Andrei Kouznetsov
Acting Coach
Andriy is a multi-talented artist, actor, musician, and teacher who brings creativity, depth, and inspiration to our studio. With years of experience working in theater and on film sets, he helps students discover the magic of performance through imagination, movement, and emotional expression.
In addition to teaching acting, Andriy is also a gifted visual artist. His drawing classes encourage young creators to explore their ideas through color, form, and storytelling.
Andriy is also a virtuoso musician who plays multiple instruments and brings music into the learning process in playful and powerful ways. His diverse talents and endless flow of creative ideas make every class a new adventure.
Whether on stage, on canvas, or through sound, Andriy helps our students grow as confident, expressive young artists.


Alexander Notkin
Actor & Acting Coach
Alexander Notkin is an actor, director, voice-over artist, and educator based in New York City. A graduate of the Saint Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy.
He is also a celebrated voice talent, known for dubbing iconic roles such as Jake Sully in Avatar, Christian Bale in Terminator Salvation, and Benedict Cumberbatch in The Fifth Estate, among others.
In 2014–2015, Alexander completed the conservatory program at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York City. Since then, he has appeared in several American TV shows, including Madam Secretary (CBS), The Americans(FX), and The Punisher (Netflix). He has also directed acclaimed productions such as The Letters of Vertinsky, ART, and Defendant Maurice Chevalier in both Europe and the United States.
At our studio, Alexander teaches acting to teenagers (ages 11–15) in English. His classes blend professional technique with creative freedom, offering students a unique opportunity to learn from an internationally accomplished performer and director.
Diana Karpenko
Acting Coach
Diana is an actress, director, and founder of Party Ave — a creative entertainment company that brings unforgettable joy to children’s events. With years of experience in television and theater, she has performed in numerous TV projects and toured across Europe with stage productions.
At our studio, Diana works with children ages 5–10, bringing energy, imagination, and a deep understanding of how to connect with young minds. She has a special talent for creating a fun, safe, and expressive space where children feel free to be themselves. As a professional musician and member of the Ukrainian band Sounds Good, she brings real-world experience into her teaching, inspiring students with her passion for music.
Whether leading a game, guiding a scene, or building a character, Diana speaks the language of childhood — and her students adore her for it.


Anastasiia Andriichuk
Teacher of vocals, piano & dance
Anastasiia is a versatile and passionate teacher of vocals, piano, and dance. With a strong background in both music and ballroom dancing, she brings rhythm, energy, and joy to every lesson.
She studied ballroom dance for over 10 years and graduated from a specialized dance academy with a diploma. She also completed her education at a music school, and now shares her love for singing and playing piano with young students.
At our studio, Anastasiia teaches children ages 5 to 15. Whether it's a modern choreography class, a ballroom routine, or a vocal warm-up at the piano, she inspires confidence, discipline, and creativity in every child she works with. As a professional musician and member of the Ukrainian band Sounds Good, she brings real-world experience into her teaching, inspiring students with her passion for music.
Her students don’t just learn — they fall in love with music and movement.

Evgeniy Beltiukov
Acting & Music band Coach
Eugene Beltyukov is a versatile and talented theatre director, actor, and musician with extensive experience in the Ukrainian film and theatre industry. A graduate of Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University, Eugene gained national recognition as an actor through his role in the popular Ukrainian reality show Real Mysticism. His broad artistic background enriches his teaching approach, making him a true mentor for young creative minds.
Eugene teaches acting classes for children aged 8 to 13, where he nurtures their imagination, confidence, and expressive skills. His lessons focus on storytelling, body awareness, and emotional connection, helping students develop their unique stage presence.
In addition to acting, Eugene leads a dynamic children’s music band, where he teaches drums, bass guitar, electric guitar, piano, and vocals. Together with his students, he creates and performs original songs, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and a love of music.
As a professional musician and member of the Ukrainian band Sounds Good, Eugene brings real-world experience into his teaching, inspiring students with his passion for both music and theatre. His multifaceted approach combines the arts, providing a vibrant and supportive environment for young performers to grow, discover their talents, and shine on stage.

Alexia Milasnitskaya
Dance Coach
Alexia Milasnitskaya is a passionate and professional dance instructor specializing in modern and contemporary dance. With over a decade of experience, she has honed her skills in various dance styles, including High Heels, and has participated in numerous masterclasses to continually refine her technique.
In her classes for children aged 7–14, Alexia focuses on developing flexibility, body awareness, and expressive movement. She combines elements of contemporary choreography, modern dance, and gymnastics to create dynamic and engaging lessons that nurture each child's unique abilities.
For adult students, Alexia offers classes in High Heels, helping individuals embrace their femininity, enhance posture, and build confidence through dance. Her teaching approach emphasizes grace, fluidity, and the joy of movement, providing a supportive environment for students to explore and develop their dance skills.

Dmitriy Zararın
Art Teacher
Dmitriy is a professional artist and a passionate art teacher who brings creativity, warmth, and talent into every class he leads. With years of artistic experience, he teaches drawing and visual arts to children aged 8–13, helping them explore their imagination and develop strong artistic skills.
In his classroom, students learn about shapes, shading, color, and composition through fun and engaging projects. Dmytro encourages each child to express their individuality and build confidence through art, all while enjoying the creative process.
A talented artist and a wonderful human being, Dmytro is deeply committed to inspiring the next generation of young creators.
Elizaveta Marushchak
Art Teacher
Elizaveta is a gifted artist and an incredibly creative soul who brings joy, color, and imagination into everything she does. She teaches drawing to children aged 4–7, helping them take their first steps in the world of art through playful, age-appropriate projects that develop fine motor skills, creativity, and confidence.
As a mother herself, Elizaveta has a natural connection with children and knows how to create a warm, trusting atmosphere in her classroom. Her patience, kindness, and enthusiasm make every lesson feel like a magical journey into creativity.
Before moving to the U.S., Elizaveta worked in Ukraine as a professional makeup artist on film sets, giving her deep experience with visual storytelling and aesthetics. Art has always been an essential part of her life, and she now shares that passion with the next generation of young artists.
