This is gymnastics with a health-improving orientation, the main means of which are complexes of gymnastic exercises, different in nature, performed to rhythmic music, decorated with dance movements.

What does this subject include:

-Working with muscles

-Body stretch (split,bridge, wheel)

-Study of different dance styles and directions

Hip-Hop

Hip hop classes includes work on control of your body, trainings, hip hop dances, development of a sense of rhythm. Group and solo dance performances, fun atmosphere and a lot of positive energy

Contemp

Contemp is a style of dance in which all parts of the body work, plasticity and smoothness of movements are important. The class includes group and solo dance performances,work on the strength of your body, flexibility and the development of new skills for dancing

Stretching

Stretching includes warp up for whole body , development of flexibility, work on splits, acrobatic elements. Blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork .
